We aim to post all parcels within all 1-3 week(s) of purchase date

Please check individual lisitings for turn around time

Please note if a ready to ship item is purchased with with a longer turnaround time (1-3 weeks) item, they will be posted together

Parcels are posted via a Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery

Delivery time is between 3-5 days from dispatch date

(Christmas time your items will be posted 1st class standard delivery)

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £15

Local to se4? Within a 15 mins walking distance from my home i will hand deliver your goodies.

(Postage costs will be refunded if this is the case)​

Returns And Exchanges

If for any reason you have received an item you are unhappy with and would like to return, please request a return by popping us a quick email with your reason for returning.

It would be very helpful if you could include your order number

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value

If exchanging any items, an additional £3.20 will need to be paid for shipping costs.

This can be paid via an invoice or paypal (F & F)

Exchanged items will be posted once returned items are received
