Yes! If you have recieved an item you are unhappy with you are very welcome to return or exchange. Please request a return via email to natalie@unicorninmind.co.uk also stating your reason for returning (also including your order number)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it orginal condition, the buyer will responsible for an loss of value.

If exchanging any items, an addtional £3.20 will need to be paid for shipping costs.

This will be paid via an invoice or paypal. exchanged items will be posted once returned items are recieved

Please note

Items can only be returned within 21 days of purchase (ready to post) 21 days of dispatch email (made to order)

Items must be sent in an unused and unwashed condition.

This does not apply to custom orders (these items are non refundable)

All items are machine washable but please be sure to wash all items on a cold setting (30 degree)

Jersey/ sweatshirt and french terry clothing

Do not tumble dry Jersey, sweatshirt and french terry fabric. It will shrink!!!

After washing air dry in the refreshing breeze or on an airer.

It usually isnt necessary to Iron jersery, sweatshirt and french terry items but if needed please do this on a low heat (one dot)

Cotton fabric

Cotton items of clothing can be tumble dried on low or hung to dry on an airer.

Iron cotton items on a low heat (one dot)

Reusable wipes and bandana bibs and face cloths

Wash at 30 degrees

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

DO NOT IRON

Vinyl clothing

Iron at 30 degrees inside out (this is very important)

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

AVOID IRONING OVER VINYL
